USPS flat rate priority mail is the standard unless expedited service is available and selected.
Standard domestic priority mail shipping is 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are shipped Monday -Wednesday to avoid processing and shipping delays over the weekend. This means that orders placed on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday. Orders placed Thursday and Friday will ship on the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Wednesday.
Customer is liable for shipping costs for returns if the item is not defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for stolen/missing items marked delivered by the carrier.
We are not responsible for items left neglected by the customer causing spoilage.
All sales items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
While we work hard to ensure the quality of our products and that they are packaged securely for shipping, we understand that things happen! We will gladly accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on items that arrive damaged/broken.
To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, submit a claim within 3 days of receipt of the damaged/broken item(s). The item(s) in question must be unused, unopened and in the same condition you receive it. All original packaging must be included, along with the proof of purchase.

Clear photos of damaged/broken product
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be issued as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
If you are approved for an exchange, we will email you with the new order information within 3 business days of receipt of your claim.
